Aeros sensor at the workplace.

Air quality under control

“Developed and hosted in Holland”

Aeros Standard

€5 per month (minimum duration 12 months per prepayment) or a one-time €149 excluding VAT.

Temperature

A measure of how hot or cold the air is. The ideal temperature is between 19 and 24 degrees.

CO₂

Carbon dioxide(CO₂) is a gas naturally present in the atmosphere. CO₂ content is expressed in PPM (parts per million). Excess CO₂ displaces oxygen uptake in our body. As a result, the body switches to lower energy consumption, leading to fatigue, headaches and loss of concentration. Ideal concentration of CO₂ in the air is 400 to 800 ppm and the limit is set at 1200 ppm.

Humidity

The ratio of what water vapor is present in air to what could be maximally contained. A percentage between 40%- 60% is ideal. Excessive humidity can cause mold. Insufficient humidity is unfavorable for the condition of mucous membranes, eyes, nose and throat. It can also lead to decreased resistance to infection.

TVOC

Collective name for a group of hydrocarbons that evaporate easily. These chemicals are found other in building materials, detergents and paints. Short-term exposure causes irritation of eyes and mucous membranes. At high concentrations, health effects on organs cannot be ruled out. Ideal is a value below 500 PPB (parts per billion). Values above 1000 PPB should be avoided.

Aeros PRO

€7.50 per month (minimum duration 12 months per prepayment) or a one-time €249 excluding VAT.

Fine Dust

Collective name for the small particles in the air. It is invisible to the naked eye. Almost all human activities produce particulate matter, think of cooking and driving a car. The smaller the particle is, the more harmful to health. Below PM 1 (particulate matter) you speak of ultrafine dust. Ultrafine dust enters the lungs and is especially harmful to children and adults with lung diseases. WHO standards for particulate matter are PM 10 and PM 2.5 and have a
limit of 15 uq (micrometer ) m3 and 5ug m3, respectively.

Aeros at your work environment

Whether it’s an office, restaurant, residential complex, or production facility—your building is a valuable asset. Monitoring indoor air quality helps reduce wear and tear, lower maintenance costs, and extend the lifespan of materials.

Certified buildings—e.g. those meeting WELL standards—are more attractive to tenants and better equipped to comply with evolving regulations.
Aeros allows you to monitor air quality remotely and optimize for comfort, efficiency, and performance.

Real-time insights into CO₂ levels, humidity, and fine particles help prevent problems before they arise. This proactive approach ensures that your building not only functions better but also feels better to those who use it. A healthy indoor environment also leads to fewer complaints, lower absenteeism, greater satisfaction, and a stronger reputation. In short, smart air quality monitoring adds long-term value—for people, for business, and for the building itself.

Web Portal for Facility Managers

As a facility manager, monitoring air quality across multiple sites can be a demanding task.

The Aeros web portal streamlines this process with a centralized, user-friendly platform designed to meet your operational needs. It allows you to compare real-time and historical air quality data against recognized standards and certifications, such as WELL.

For each parameter — including CO₂, particulate matter, humidity, temperature, and TVOC — you can set precise threshold values. These limits support proactive compliance, early issue detection, and effective prioritization of problem areas.
Sensors can be organized logically by building, region, zone, or floor, giving you both a strategic overview and detailed insight. This flexible structure makes it easy to manage extensive portfolios with multiple facilities or campuses. You can zoom in on specific locations, time frames, or exceedance events to identify root causes and assess impact. The portal visualizes patterns and anomalies clearly, helping you uncover trends or sudden changes in air quality.

Interactive dashboards offer concise, visual summaries for internal use or external reporting.
All graphs and insights can be exported in multiple formats, making them ready to share with stakeholders, auditors, or technical staff.
You can also generate detailed incident logs to support regulatory reporting or internal documentation.

Whether you manage a school district, office park, healthcare institution, or production facility,
the platform adapts to your organizational layout and operational workflows.
It enables data-driven decision-making, optimized ventilation control, and enhanced occupant comfort.
In turn, this improves building performance, reduces energy waste, and boosts tenant or user satisfaction.
The result? More insight, more control, and a measurably healthier indoor environment —
all from one powerful, cloud-based solution, available anytime, anywhere.

Realtime insight in your indoor environment

The app

The accompanying app is linkable to the Aeros via a unique QR Code and is free to download.

The web portal

In this online environment, you can set limits based on the guidelines of Binnenklimaat Nederland, including the Program of Requirements (PoR) for healthy homes, healthy offices and a healthy indoor climate in long-term care.

In addition, you can also set internal limits, giving you easy insight into which parameters remain within the norm and in which areas exceedances occur – including when this happens.
